What Is Cardiac Rehabilitation?

You will work with specially trained physicians, clinical exercise physiologists, registered nurses and registered dietitians to improve your heart health. Our cardiac rehab program includes:

  • Medical evaluation
  • Monitored exercise
  • Cardiac risk factor modification
  • Education

Do You Qualify for the Program?

If you’ve had any of the following conditions or procedures, you are a good candidate for our program:

  • Heart attack
  • Bypass surgery
  • Heart valve repair/replacement
  • Angioplasty
  • Stable angina
  • Heart and/or lung transplant
  • Cardiac surgery
  • Coronary artery disease documented by exercise tolerance test or coronary angiography

A physician referral is required for admission to the program.
